• Regeneration
  I & H Brown are well placed to tackle complex brownfield land opportunities. We have extensive experience in de-contamination and remediation of land and the ability to clean up sites to the very highest standards. This allows us to fully assess and overcome risks whilst reducing development costs. Our unique approach allows us to work with landowners to eliminate ongoing environmental liabilities whilst securing a commercial end use.
  
• Strategic Land
  We are currently promoting several Strategic Land Projects on Company owned land and on land held under option. This promotion is primarily for residential development led schemes and considerable successes in recent years has seen the number of owned house plots increase to almost 2000 plots (either with planning consent or zoned for development).
  
• Residential Development
  Tighmor, the housing brand of I & H Brown has successfully completed housing developments across a range of mainly rural locations creating award winning country homes. In recent years however this activity has largely ceased due to market conditions. The company owns residential development land on which site starts are currently being programmed.
  
  In addition to our own residential development opportunities one of our main business objectives is to work towards servicing our own consented landholdings to facilitate sales of serviced housing land to the market.
  
• Commercial Property
  We are currently progressing a number of significant development opportunities either on our own or with key partners. These opportunities cover a range of uses from student accommodation projects, affordable housing projects and mixed use developments.
