The company is engaged in property development solely and in partnership with others. We seek to develop our own land holding where appropriate and also to promote and develop land belonging to third parties.

We have an excellent knowledge of the planning system and this enables us to identify and promote suitable sites for development in the Greenfield, through to brownfield sectors.

Of course, it is common knowledge that the Government’s wish is for development to take place on brownfield land. Indeed, this is being achieved and in the case of Manchester, for example, 89% of new dwellings are built on brownfield land, 29% ahead of the government’s target.

We believe our engineering skills, together with our knowledge of the planning system, places us at the forefront of the development industry.

The development of brownfield sites is a challenging business where risks have to be fully assessed and overcome. We believe our track record of cleaning up sites speaks for itself.
