Former ABB works, Dundee
The derelict factory and site were acquired in 2008. The high profile site has been cleared and remediated to a very high standard by our Civil Engineering Division and is being promoted for a variety of end uses.
One section has recently been sold to a major car dealer. The remainder of the site remains an attractive opportunity for a single purchaser or a series of smaller businesses.
This opportunity, led by I & H Brown’s Development Division, demonstrates our capability to use a wide range of in-house disciplines to deliver a project within time and budget.
Banknock, Falkirk
This large site is owned by I & H Brown and is allocated by Falkirk Council for new housing under a Strategic Initiative for Residential Regeneration.
The Development Framework is in the consultation period after which it will be put forward for full committee approval. It is intended then to lodge a Planning Application for a variety of housing densities, a new retail centre for the village and much needed infrastructure for Banknock.
