For over four decades, the management of land has been at the heart of our business, evolving from civil engineering and mining to expertise in the reclamation of brownfield sites and award-winning remediation of contaminated land. We are also a major landowner in Scotland.
We can make land work.
Under the banner of Development, we operate in two principal strands:
- We build high quality rural homes under the name of Tighmór.
- More broadly, we also pursue opportunities to develop, alone or in partnership, sites in the brownfield and greenfield sectors.
We believe that these elements of the business are a natural evolution from the foundation of our background, skills and experience. Either by developing our own land or by working in partnership with others, we are actively seeking new opportunities and we look forward to hearing from interested parties.
